Debut recordings of New York City outfit Lovers Mood; splicing together found sounds, tape loops, blistering noise and ting to synthesize a truly rude fusion of post-apocalyptic dancehall, balearic dread and dubwise power electronics. Downtempo bubblers filtered through a hopeless worldview. Inspired by Sly & Lenky, Throbbing Gristle, Augustus Pablo, DJ Shadow's 'Endtroducing' and not much else.
